What are language spikes?

How do I look after my oral health during tongue spike therapy?

During tongue spike therapy, it is important to take great care of your oral health. Remember to brush your teeth regularly, including your tongue. You can use a toothbrush or a special tongue brush to remove bacteria and food debris from the surface of the tongue.

Also remember to moisturise your mouth. Drink an adequate amount of water. Excessive dryness can lead to irritation!
