Important: our website uses cookies.

We only use the information stored in the form of cookies to operate what is known as the user session mechanism, which enables the use of the interactive patient panel and online registration formalities, with the user logging in once based on their credentials. We do not use cookies to collect statistical or advertising data, let alone share such information with any third parties. It is possible to change the settings of your Internet access software (browser) regarding the storage policy for cookies. Privacy policy

We place great importance on protecting the privacy of our website users. Below, we publish a document explaining how Medical - Dent collects, processes and uses information about the users of the website

 Processing of personal data of users of our websites

(1) Data concerning the users of our website is processed by the company / establishment Czech - Pol Ltd t/as Medical - Dent, 353 High Street, West Bromwich, B70 9QG, hereinafter referred to as the Cabinet, being, with regard to the users' personal data, the personal data controller within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.

2.The collected data is processed in accordance with the scope of permission granted by the user on the basis of his/her activities in the scope of using the Cabinet's website, or on the basis of other premises permitted by law, legalising the data processing, mainly for the purpose of ordering the services provided by the Cabinet, in accordance with the requirements of Polish law, and in particular in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.

(3) The Cabinet's websites do not collect users' data automatically, as this is always done following appropriate and targeted actions by users, in particular actions related to the ordering process of the services provided by the Cabinet.

4 The protection of personal data is ensured at the stage of transmission by means of a 128-bit SSL security protocol ensuring the encryption of data transmission.

(5) Insofar as the operation of the registration software so requires, the Cabinet, as administrator of the personal data of the users of our websites, may contractually entrust the processing of such data to other entities pursuant to Article 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.

(6) In order to use the online registration service provided by the Cabinet, the user is required to make a relevant application by completing a registration form. The form contains a number of fields including, inter alia, data enabling the identification of the ordering party (personal data), and it is obligatory to fill in some of them, indicated as required information.

7 Any user who fills in a form and provides the Cabinet with his/her personal data, the Cabinet shall allow access to his/her data in order to verify, modify or delete it.

The Cabinet will not pass on, sell or lend collected personal data to other persons or institutions, except at the request of the user, with his/her explicit consent, or at the request of state authorities authorised by law and their proceedings.

Cookie retention policy

In connection with providing the content of the websites, the Cabinet uses the mechanisms of the so-called cookies, i.e. information generated by the servers used by the Cabinet on the end user's device, which can be re-read by the same servers at each connection from this end device, as well as the Cabinet may use other technologies with functions similar or identical to those of the cookies mechanism.

(2) In this document describing the privacy policy, the information on the cookie mechanism also applies to other similar technologies used on our websites.

(3) Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data (text files) which are stored on the end device of the user of the Cabinet's website. They generally contain the domain name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique identifier.

4 Cookies are typically used for:

- adapting the content of websites to the user's preferences and optimising the use of these websites, in particular these files allow for the recognition of the website user's device and appropriate display of the website, adapted to his/her individual needs
- producing statistics which help us to understand how visitors use the website, with the aim of improving the structure and content of the website
- maintaining a session of the website user, so that the user does not have to re-enter his or her credentials on each sub-page of the website, and in the case of order forms, it is possible to divide the ordering process into smaller steps spread over several sub-pages
- provide users with advertising content that is more relevant to their interests

5 We may use the following types of cookies on the website provided by the Cabinet Office:
- enable the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the website
- for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of authentication on the site
- enabling the collection of information on the use of the website
- to remember your chosen settings and your entries in the order form

(6) In most cases, the software for using websites (web browser), by default, allows cookies to be stored on the user's terminal device. Users of the website can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser's settings or inform about their placement on the web site user's device each time. Detailed information on how to handle cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).

(7) Failure to change the cookie settings means that cookies will be placed on the user's terminal device and that the Cabinet's website will therefore be able to access this information on the user's next visit.

(8) Disabling cookies may cause difficulties in using some services on the Cabinet's website, especially booking services online. However, disabling the option of accepting cookies does not result in the impossibility to view the content of the Cabinet's websites.

9 Cookies may be placed on the end device of a user of the Cabinet's website and then used by the Cabinet's partners, but only within the scope of providing software services in the form of a service, in order to ensure the highest quality of service.
